Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when partnering with us. By hiring Creativoxa for any of our services, you signify your agreement to this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that business circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an ongoing service or project, the following terms apply based on the specific service category:
A. Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, SEM)
Notice Period: Retainer or monthly recurring services require a standard 30-day written cancellation notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Ongoing Work: Any work completed or services rendered during the notice period will be billed as usual.
If you choose to cancel a web development project after it has commenced, you must notify us in writing.
If the cancellation happens before the mockups or initial designs are approved, you will only be billed for the hours/work completed up to that point.
If the project is cancelled after the design phase is approved and development has begun, the initial deposit is strictly non-refundable to cover the time, resources, and labor already invested.
C. Videography Services (Corporate, Events, Commercials, Weddings)
Booking Advances: A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your dates. If you cancel the shoot, this booking deposit is forfeited to cover lost scheduling opportunities.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a shoot, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will try to accommodate the new dates subject to our team's availability, though additional rescheduling fees may apply.
2. Refund Policy
Because Creativoxa provides customized, irreversible services and allocates dedicated manpower to your projects, we do not offer unconditional refunds. However, refunds may be processed under the specific conditions outlined below:
Eligible Scenarios for a Refund:
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally billed twice for the same service, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed immediately.
Non-Commencement of Service: If you have paid upfront but we are unable to start your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a 100% refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Setup Fees: Initial setup fees for ad campaigns, SEO audits, or server configurations are completely non-refundable.
Third-Party Expenses: Any money spent on third-party resources—such as purchasing domain names, web hosting, premium plugins, stock footage, or paid ad budget (Google Ads/Facebook Ads)—cannot be refunded.
Past Months of Service: We do not offer refunds for digital marketing services (SEO/SMO) rendered in the past, as the labor and resources have already been spent. Search engine algorithms fluctuate, and while we guarantee expert execution of strategies, we do not guarantee specific rank positions.
Mid-Project Cancellations: Payments made for completed project milestones in Web Development or Videography are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or evaluate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Send an email to contact@creativoxa.in with the subject line: Cancellation/Refund Request - [Your Company/Project Name].
Include your project details, the date of the original agreement, and the reason for cancellation.
Our management team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days and get back to you with the project status and a final settlement statement.
4. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved by the Creativoxa management team:
The refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Any banking, transaction, or payment gateway charges deducted during the initial transaction will not be reimbursed.
5. Policy Updates
Creativoxa reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and will be effective immediately upon publishing. We encourage our clients to review this page periodically.
